About factori.com
Welcome to factori.com — The Factory for the World. We are a global manufacturing and commerce platform that today connects 500+ partner manufacturers across India with business buyers, brands, institutions and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our vision is to onboard 100,000+ manufacturers globally by 2030. We operate three integrated offerings — Ready-to-Ship Global Supply, Contract Manufacturing at Any Scale, and retailing.factori.com. Our customers include Amazon, Apollo Hospitals, Asian Paints, Bharat Petroleum, Cult Fit, Decathlon, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard, ISRO, Jio-bp, JSW, L&T Finance, Microsoft Learn, PhonePe, Samsung, Suzuki, Tata Capital, Tata Motors, UltraTech, Wipro — and hundreds more.
Every one of those customers has, at some point, seen a piece of content we made and thought "I want to work with these guys." That is the job you are applying for.
Why this role matters
factori.com does not have a shortage of stories to tell — we have a shortage of hands to tell them. Every week we launch new products, sign new marquee customers, ship for new categories, open new experience centres, hit new milestones. Every one of those moments deserves to be seen, felt, and shared.
The Visual Content Creator is the person who turns those moments into content — product photos, product videos, brand explainers, Reels, Shorts, carousels, ad creatives, sales-deck visuals, blog banners, campaign artwork. You will work at the intersection of our Marketing, Sales, Category, and Partnerships teams, and your output will be seen by everyone from an entrepreneur in Palghar to a procurement head at Tata.
What you'll create every week
Video (~60% of your time): Short-form video for Reels, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp Status — cut for hook, kept under 60 seconds, made to travel. Product videos — T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms, bags, corporate gifting — shot in our warehouse and studio. Brand explainers for factori.com and retailing.factori.com. Customer / case-study cuts around shipments and milestones. Meta / YouTube / Google ad creatives, versioned for A/B testing.
Content templates for our influencer network — cut-downs our influencer-retailers can adapt for their own social handles.
Graphic design (~40% of your time): Social-media carousels and static posts (44+/month is our current standard). Product-catalogue imagery — clean, on-brand grids. Website graphics and banners for factori.com and retailing.factori.com. Sales-deck visuals and pitch collateral for Global Sales and CM teams. Ad creatives — Meta, Google, LinkedIn — static + carousel + Story formats. Blog featured images. Campaign artwork — festivals, launches, sports properties (we made 25,000 mugs for National Voters' Day and full merch for IPL / SRH — big campaigns come often).
Systems & consistency: Own the factori.com brand visual language — colours, fonts, layouts, motion — and enforce it across every asset. Build a content template library. Maintain a clean, tagged, searchable asset library.
What we're looking for — portfolio first
A public portfolio we can look at within 60 seconds — Behance, Instagram, YouTube, personal website, or a Google Drive folder. Your CV is optional; your portfolio is required.
2–4 years hands-on producing visual content — graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, product photography, or a mix.
Software fluency: Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) + After Effects · CapCut · Canva Pro · DaVinci Resolve is a plus. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (essential) · Figma a strong plus.
Comfort with a phone camera and a DSLR — decent product photos and short videos when needed. Basic motion-graphics ability — animate titles, lower-thirds, product callouts, data cards. Sharp taste — you can look at a piece of content and tell within 5 seconds whether it works. Strong English (Hindi and Kannada useful).
Nice-to-have: prior work at a D2C, e-commerce, apparel, ad agency, influencer agency, or media company; content-at-scale for Meta / Google Ads; product photography experience with apparel or merchandise; familiarity with retailing.factori.com / dropshipping / side-hustle creator content; basic sound design for short-form.
Mindset we hire for: You ship. You would rather send us a rough cut today than a perfect cut on Friday. You have an opinion — you bring point-of-view to every brief. You know a trend when you see one — you notice what is working on Instagram and YouTube this week. You care about the little things — kerning, timing, colour, sound. You are systematic — file names, backups, clean asset library.
Tools we expect
Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign · Figma · Canva Pro · CapCut · basic Lightroom · Google Drive · phone camera · DSLR (we have one at HQ).
What you get
Competitive salary basis qualifications, experience, and the strength of your portfolio. The chance to produce content seen by the biggest brands and institutions in India. A brief pipeline that is never empty — no filler. Direct exposure to the leadership team; the CEO reviews content weekly. Access to our warehouse, factory partners, experience centres, and marquee customer shipments — real subjects, real stories. The freedom to build the factori.com visual language from the inside.
