Job details:
Company Description ShakeDeal is India’s AI-native procurement platform, combining purpose-built AI agents with a decade of real enterprise transaction data to manage sourcing, supplier intelligence, buying, fulfillment, and payments. Its agents are trained on millions of real line items, supplier interactions, and category prices, and embedded directly into the procure-to-pay cycle. This approach helps organizations reduce tail-spend chaos, shorten sourcing cycles, identify leakage, and maintain real-time visibility into spend. Backed by a live supplier network and fulfillment engine, ShakeDeal turns recommendations into delivered outcomes across MRO, indirect spend, strategic sourcing, and CAPEX. The company enables procurement teams to focus on driving impact through smarter procurement, lower cost, and greater control.

The role will coordinate employee benefits, assist with performance management activities, and help address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
