Help Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered ERP for Global Trade
At Prosessed.ai, we're building an AI-first platform that is transforming how importers, exporters, wholesalers, and distributors manage their operations—from sales and inventory to procurement, logistics, and financial workflows.
We're looking for an ERPNext Functional Consultant who enjoys understanding businesses, solving operational challenges, and delivering ERP solutions that create real impact for customers across Australia, North America, and India.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead ERPNext implementations from requirement gathering to successful go-live.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.
- Configure ERPNext modules including:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Inventory
- CRM
- Accounting
- Manufacturing (Good to Have)
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to deliver customer requirements.
- Conduct user training, testing, and implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide consulting to customers.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve our product based on customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing or consulting on ERPNext.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and solution design.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
Bonus Points
- Experience with the Frappe Framework.
- Exposure to wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain businesses.
- Knowledge of procurement, warehouse management, inventory planning, or finance processes.
- Experience with ERP migrations, customizations, or third-party integrations.
