Role Description
This is a full-time role for Leader – Strategy and CEO Office. The role will be on-site, located in Mumbai.
As the Leader Strategy and CEO Office, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team. Operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and partner management, you will lead the Office of the CEO to streamline business priorities, drive critical cross-functional initiatives, and ensure robust growth.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role requiring a unique blend of sharp business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management, and a hands-on execution mindset. You will navigate complex insurance ecosystems, manage key external partnerships, and align internal product, tech, compliance, and sales engines to execute Fataksecure's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Office of the CEO Management
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a sounding board and strategic advisor to the CEO, helping translate highlevel vision into actionable business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Executive Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the CEO office, managing executive agendas, high-stakes meeting coordination, and tracking deliverables across departments.
- Business Intelligence: Prepare data-backed strategic presentations, quarterly business reviews, and board-level materials.
2. Insurance Partner & Ecosystem Management
Insurer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for external insurance companies. Build, nurture, and leverage senior-level relationships to expand the product suite.
Commercial Execution: Lead negotiations, align on commission structures, manage SLA tracking, and coordinate product onboarding timelines with partner insurers.
Agreements: Tie-ups with insurance companies, negotiate and manage corporate agent agreements
Market Alignment: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new insurance products or alternative
distribution avenues that align with Fataksecure’s business model.
3. Client & Internal Stakeholder Alignment
- Key Client Relations: Manage relationships with flagship clients and strategic enterprise partners, acting as an escalation point to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Bridge: Align the sales and support teams to ensure that market feedback directly informs operational realities, keeping customer friction to a minimum.
4. Product, Technology & Compliance coordination
- Product & Tech Liaison: Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to translate
market/regulatory needs into product roadmaps, ensuring smooth ecosystem integration.
- Compliance & Risk Governance: Take ultimate ownership of industry compliance requirements (e.g., IRDAI guidelines, data security norms), ensuring all strategic initiatives meet strict regulatory boundaries.
- Education: Post Graduate degree in Business administration preferred.
- Experience - Minimum 6-10 years’ experience. Prior experience of managing strategy and CEO
office preferred. Experience of working in insurance broking companies, fintechs, lending platforms preferred
- Influencing Without Authority: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of
aligning diverse internal teams (from sales to developers) and managing external CXOs.
- Analytical Rigor: Highly data-driven with the ability to dissect complex operational data and distil it into clear strategic takeaways.
- Strong PPT and Excel skills
