About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling fintech leader in India, we’re redefining capital markets and corporate finance for the digital age — building next-gen investment banking solutions that serve high-growth startups, mid-market firms, and emerging unicorns. Our team operates at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy — driving M&A, fundraising, and capital structuring with data-driven precision and speed. You’ll lead our investment banking arm, shaping deals that redefine industries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, private placements, and capital raises for fintech, SaaS, and deep-tech clients.
- Build and manage relationships with PE/VC funds, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, and strategic buyers across India and SEA.
- Structure financing solutions — convertible notes, SAFEs, debt instruments — tailored for high-growth tech ventures.
- Oversee pitch development, financial modeling, due diligence, and deal documentation for client mandates.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performance IB team — setting KPIs, deal pipelines, and client acquisition strategy.
- Partner with product and growth teams to embed capital advisory into our fintech platform offerings.
