🎓 *Qualification:* MBA / PGDM in HR
💼 *Experience:* Minimum 12+ Years
💰 *Salary:* Depends Upon Experience
👤 *Reporting To:* Director / GM
🚗 *Travel:* Candidate must be willing to travel to the Boisar plant as required.
⭐ *Key Skills Required:*
✅ Candidates should have exposure to Corporate HR as well as Manufacturing/Factory HR operations.
✅Strong knowledge of Labor Laws & Factory Compliance.
✅Experience in contract labor management and compliance
✅Good understanding of HRMS and HR reporting systems
🚀 *Job Responsibilities:*
🔹Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of Head Office employees.
🔹Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
🔹 Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
🔹Coordinate payroll processing and monitor employee attendance.
🔹 Plan and implement training & development initiatives.
🔹 Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
🔹 Prepare and monitor HR MIS, reports and HR analytics.
🔹 Hands-on experience in Payroll, PF, ESIC, Bonus & Gratuity.
