We're building Outmate, an autonomous GTM Operating System that helps B2B companies identify buying intent, prioritize the right accounts, and execute outbound workflows with autonomous GTM agents.
Over the past several months, we've built the product, validated the vision, and are now entering the next phase—customer growth, partnerships, and scaling the business.
We're looking for a Co-Founder & CEO who wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up.
This is not a corporate leadership role. This is for someone who loves building, selling, experimenting, and creating systems that generate revenue.
What you'll own
• Build and scale Outmate alongside the founding team.
• Lead our GTM strategy and company growth.
• Build a predictable outbound engine using LinkedIn, email, and modern GTM workflows.
• Create founder-led content and build a personal brand that drives pipeline.
• Close customers and build long-term relationships.
• Lead our AI GTM agency and services business while growing our SaaS platform.
• Hire and build the early GTM and sales team.
• Work directly with product and engineering to shape what we build next.
• Build partnerships and prepare the company for fundraising.
Who we're looking for
You're probably someone who has:
- Built outbound systems from scratch.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and GTM engineering.
- Worked with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, n8n, or similar platforms.
- Created content that generates conversations and sales opportunities.
- Closed B2B deals and enjoys talking to founders.
- Operated in a startup or agency environment where execution mattered more than job titles.
