Role Summary
ARA's Client is seeking an AI Native Engineer who will design, build, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with client engineering teams to create solutions that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade agentic systems end-to-end.
- Build and own RAG pipelines, including embeddings and vector search.
- Integrate and abstract across multiple LLM providers with fallback routing.
- Implement LLMOps in production with real quality metrics.
- Embed directly with client engineering teams for solution deployment.
- Build reusable patterns and accelerators for scalability.
- Define metrics to measure agent accuracy and present findings to stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in deploying agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with agentic orchestration frameworks at production depth.
- Direct experience calling LLM APIs in production code.
- Ownership of RAG pipeline components.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-native engineering practices.
- Familiarity with observability tooling.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
