We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive
Malad (W), Mumbai | Work From Office | Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
Texple is looking for a creative and AI-savvy Digital Marketing Executive who is passionate about content creation, branding, and digital marketing. We value curiosity, creativity, and a strong willingness to learn more than years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics, carousels, banners, and marketing creatives using Canva.
- Manage and grow Texple's social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Write compelling social media posts, blogs, website content, and marketing copy.
- Build and support Founder Branding, Employee Branding, and Company Branding initiatives.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn content strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Support lead generation through content marketing and digital outreach.
- Edit basic marketing videos using Canva or similar tools.
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve marketing efforts using insights and AI tools.
Required Skills
AI Tools (Must Know)
Candidates should be comfortable using:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- Canva AI
Marketing Skills
- Graphic designing using Canva or similar tools.
- Content writing and copywriting.
- Social media management.
- Basic understanding of SEO and lead generation.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Good to Have knowledge or exposure to:
- Founder, Personal, and Employee Branding
- LinkedIn Content Strategy & Engagement
- Video editing (Canva Video, CapCut, or similar)
- Website Traffic, LinkedIn Analytics, Campaign Performance & Lead Source Tracking
Who We're Looking For
- 0 – 2 year of experience in Digital Marketing or related fields.
- A curious learner with a growth mindset and passion for marketing.
- Someone who enjoys experimenting with AI tools and creating impactful content.
- Portfolio, internship, freelance work, or personal projects in marketing will be an added advantage.
