Role Description The Senior Investment Manager – Real Estate will lead investment strategy, deal sourcing, and portfolio management for primary and commercial real estate assets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Koramangala, involving close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, performing financial and market analyses, structuring and negotiating transactions, and overseeing due diligence. The role will also involve managing existing property portfolios, optimizing lease structures, and ensuring alignment with India Realty’s marketplace objectives. The Senior Investment Manager will prepare investment memos, present recommendations to leadership, and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, institutional investors, and other partners.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, with proven experience in investment analysis and portfolio management.
- Candidates should possess solid expertise in Property Management to oversee asset performance, operational efficiency, and value enhancement across the portfolio.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing lease agreements.
- Candidates should possess advanced financial modeling, valuation, and market research skills, including proficiency with Excel and relevant real estate analytics tools.
- Candidates should possess strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with builders, brokers, and investors.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in Indian real estate markets, especially primary and commercial segments, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work on-site in Koramangala, manage multiple concurrent deals, make data-driven decisions, and take accountability for investment outcomes.
