Role Description
🚀 Hiring Co-Founder Pharmacist with Investment 40% | 40% Equity Opportunity | Pharma Distribution Startup | Bangalore
We are building a pharmaceutical wholesale & distribution startup in Bangalore and looking for a Registered Pharmacist / Pharma Professional to join as a Co-Founder with 40% equity ownership in the business.
Role Responsibilities:
• Manage wholesale drug license compliance & regulatory documentation
• Handle inventory, stock monitoring & expiry management
• Coordinate with medical stores, clinics & distributors
• Support daily pharma operations, billing & dispatch
• Lead B2B outreach, retailer onboarding & field visits
• Build relationships with healthcare partners & suppliers
Requirements:
• D.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Karnataka PCI Registration mandatory
• Retail / Wholesale pharmacy experience preferred
• Willing to work full-time from office in Bangalore
• Entrepreneurial mindset & long-term commitment
Compensation:
• 40% Equity Partnership (No Fixed Salary Initially)
