We are looking for a technology leader to drive our product development, technology strategy and engineering team. The ideal candidate should have experience in building scalable SaaS and FinTech products using modern cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the company's technology roadmap.
* Lead software development, architecture and product engineering.
* Build and scale SaaS and cloud-based applications.
* Ensure application security, scalability and performance.
* Lead and mentor engineering, QA and DevOps teams.
* Work closely with Product and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance products.
Desired Profile
* 10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a technology leadership role.
* Strong experience in SaaS, FinTech and cloud platforms
* Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in a product-based software company is preferred.
