🚀 We're Hiring! Sr. Engineer – Sales & Marketing
📍 CTC: ₹10–15 LPA
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Industrial Sales Professional to join our growing team — someone with a strong sales mindset and a proven track record of developing new customers and new markets.
👤 Candidate Profile
✅ 10–15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales
✅ Strong exposure to field sales, technical selling & customer acquisition
✅ Domain expertise across CBG (Bio Gas), CGD, Upstream Gas Distribution, Pharma, F&B, Mining, Chemical & Process Industries
✅ Prior experience in Filters, Separators, Scrubbing Units, or Process Equipment sales will be preferred
✅ Candidates currently working in Filters & Separators for the CGD/CBG industry will have an added advantage
🎓 Educational Qualification
🔹 B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
🔹 MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
💼 Key Responsibilities
🔸 Generate new business opportunities for Filtration/Separation/Scrubbing systems within the CGD/CBG industry
🔸 Identify and develop new customers, expanding filtration & separation business across target industries
🔸 Conduct daily calls for lead generation, site visits, product demonstrations & technical presentations
🔸 Drive BQC & PQR processes
🔸 Engage with plant heads, maintenance teams & procurement teams
🔸 Prepare techno-commercial offers and drive brand positioning
🔸 Negotiate and close orders, ensuring timely payment follow-up
🔸 Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets
