**Role: Founder's Office Associate - Chartered Accountant (Fresher)**
**Location:** Mumbai - candidates residing between Vikhroli and Dombivli preferred (Central Line commute)
**Work Mode:** Hybrid / client-site as required
**Type:** Full-time
**About the Role**
This isn't a typical CA firm job. You'll work directly with me across finance, tax, accounts, and audit for multiple e-commerce founders - and get exposure to how businesses are actually built, not just how they're audited. Think of yourself as sitting in the founder's office, not behind a desk crunching numbers in isolation.
**What You'll Do**
- Support financial model-building, MIS reporting, and cash flow tracking for e-commerce clients
- Assist with statutory compliance - GST, TDS, income tax filings, and audit support
- Help translate financial data into insights founders can act on
- Work closely with client teams to implement financial processes day-to-day
- Get hands-on exposure to business strategy, not just accounting - if you're curious about the "why" behind the numbers, this role rewards that
**What We're Looking For**
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (fresher or up to 1 year experience)
- Based in or able to commute comfortably within the Vikhroli-Dombivli corridor
- Strong fundamentals in accounts, tax, and audit
- Genuinely interested in business building, not just compliance - someone who wants to understand founders and operations, not just file returns
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with multiple clients and shifting priorities
- Good communication skills - you'll be client-facing early on
