Alongside our products, we're building one of India's largest communities of physiotherapists to learn, collaborate, and shape the future of preventive pain care. This role will work directly with the Founder's Office to help scale this vision.
About the Role
This isn't a conventional internship.
As a Founder's Office – Community & Growth Generalist, you'll work directly with the Founder's Office on high-impact initiatives focused on growing Betterhood's physiotherapy ecosystem.
From speaking with physiotherapists across the country to coordinating webinars, onboarding experts, building partnerships, and improving community engagement, you'll gain hands-on exposure to how startups build communities from the ground up.

What You Will Work On
Community Growth
- Reach out to physiotherapists, colleges, and healthcare professionals to grow the Betterhood Physio Circle community.
- Build meaningful relationships with experts, students, and institutions.
- Identify partnership opportunities with colleges, associations, and healthcare organizations.
Outreach & Communication
- Conduct outbound calls with physiotherapists, colleges, and partners.
- Follow up with prospective members and webinar participants.
- Coordinate onboarding conversations and maintain strong relationships.
Founder's Office Project
- Work on strategic initiatives across community, partnerships, and growth.
- Coordinate webinars, workshops, and online community activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support execution of special projects as priorities evolve.
Operations & Execution
- Maintain outreach trackers and community dashboards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Improve workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.

We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Loves talking to people and building relationships.
- Is comfortable making outbound calls every day.
- Has excellent communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus).
- Takes ownership and enjoys figuring things out independently.
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup.
- Wants broad exposure rather than being limited to one function.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Have led clubs, societies, or student communities.
- Have organized events or webinars.
- Have experience in outreach, sales, partnerships, or customer-facing roles.
- Have used Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM tools.
