Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site proactive and detail-oriented Associate Software Engineer to develop and support applications, maintain, and enhance business applications. The candidate will be responsible for development, troubleshooting issues, ensuring system availability, and coordinating with technical and business teams.

Salary: - Based on Interview Performance - Minimum 1.8 Lac p.a. onwards.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop software applications.
• Provide L1/L2 application support for business-critical systems.
• Monitor application performance and resolve incidents within the SLAs.
• Analyse and troubleshoot functional & technical issues.
• Work with database queries (SQL) for data validation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Business and Senior Developers for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Generate MIS.
• Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and support documentation.
• Manage user access and configuration changes.
• Support deployments and release activities.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of anyone programming language (preferable C# .NET)
• Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, joins, basic troubleshooting)
• Understanding of OOP concepts
• Basic knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Good understanding of Databases and application architecture
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of C# .NET / Java / Python / C++
• Understanding of ERP or enterprise applications
• Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred)
