Job Title:
Content Distribution & Monetization Executive
Experience: 1–2 years
Preferred Background: Entertainment, Media, OTT, Digital Content, Creator Management or Social Media
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can take ownership of content distribution, publishing and monetization across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand the entertainment/digital content ecosystem and have hands-on experience with platforms such as YouTube and Meta.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Manage and execute timely content uploads across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure all content is uploaded with accurate titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, tags, thumbnails and metadata.
- Monitor and maintain monetization status across all social media platforms.
- Identify and resolve demonetization, copyright claims, content restrictions and policy violations.
- Track platform-wise revenue, views, watch time, RPM/CPM and other monetization metrics.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly and monthly upload and revenue trackers.
- Ensure maximum monetization eligibility for all applicable content.
- Optimise uploads based on platform-specific algorithms, trends and monetization opportunities.
- Monitor platform policy updates that may impact content reach, eligibility or revenue.
- Identify opportunities to increase content revenue and improve platform performance.
- Maintain an organised content library and record of published assets and links.
- Ensure there are no missed uploads, incorrect links, duplicate uploads or metadata errors.
- Prepare regular performance and monetization reports for management.
- Stay updated with social media, entertainment and digital content trends and identify opportunities for better content distribution.
