- Produce conversion-focused static graphics (banners, carousels) and short-form video ads (Reels/ Videos) tailored to brand guidelines
- Edit video footage, create motion graphics, add captions, and optimize assets for platform requirements
- Execute visual hooks, AIDA frameworks, and strong CTAs based on market data & objective
- Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva etc
- Its an In-house full time job
- Past experience in managing and executing ROI driven ads will be an added advantage
