What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright or Selenium.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects through resolution using JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure high product quality.
- Improve test coverage and contribute to the evolution of the automation framework.
- Participate in sprint planning, test strategy discussions, and release validation.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong automation expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or Selenium.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, SDLC/STLC, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- API testing using Postman or RestAssured.
- Performance testing exposure using JMeter or Locust.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
