At MarketingLab, we’re building one of India’s most creative growth agencies. AI isn’t just a tool for us—it’s how we intend to build the future of work.
We’re looking for someone who will work directly with our founder, Mintu, to build AI-powered workflows, automations, internal systems, and tools that make our team much more efficient.
This is not a typical AI prompting role.
We’re looking for someone obsessed with solving problems using AI.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects.
- Build AI workflows that eliminate repetitive work.
- Create internal tools using AI and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Automate operations, sales, marketing, reporting, HR, and client delivery.
- Integrate different software using APIs and automation platforms.
- Experiment with the latest AI tools and implement them before everyone else.
- Convert ideas into working systems within hours—not weeks.
- Continuously identify inefficiencies and build solutions for them.
You Should Have
- Deep understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.
- Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, APIs, JSON, SQL—or equivalent).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new tools extremely fast.
- A builder’s mindset—you enjoy creating things from scratch.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Can you use AI to solve complex business problems better and faster than almost anyone else?

Compensation
This will be one of the highest-paying individual contributor roles at MarketingLab.
If you’re exceptional, we’ll pay exceptionally.
