Are you a product leader who enjoys solving complex problems, moving fast, and building products that directly impact business growth?
We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3–10 years of experience to join our team and work on products powering a large-scale B2B industrial ecosystem.

🔹 What You'll Do
- Own products across the B2B marketplace and industrial ecosystem.
- Work on areas including procurement, fulfillment, discovery, lead management, and conversion optimization.
- Identify customer and business problems and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and execution plans.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Business teams.
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and measure product impact.
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and continuous product improvement.
- Build products that directly influence GMV, revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Leverage AI tools to prototype, validate ideas, automate workflows, and accelerate product execution.
- Work directly with founders and senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ 3–10 years of Product Management experience
✅ Experience in B2B marketplaces, industrial technology, or high-ticket lead generation platforms
✅ Strong understanding of industrial ecosystems, procurement & fulfillment
✅ Experience with discovery, lead management, funnel optimization, and conversion
✅ Strong hands-on experience with product analytics and data-driven decision-making
✅ Ability to define PRDs, user stories, product roadmaps, and success metrics
✅ Comfortable working with engineering and technology teams
✅ Experience using AI tools for prototyping, research, validation, and execution
✅ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Experience in B2B marketplaces, industrial tech, automotive, real estate, manufacturing, procurement, or high-ticket lead-generation businesses will be highly relevant.
