About the Role -We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our cloud-native enterprise platform. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and highly deployable software for enterprise customers running in on-prem and private-cloud environments.
You will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Technical Support, Documentation, Sales, and Design Partners to define product direction and deliver capabilities that solve real customer problems.
This role requires a strong technical foundation in modern cloud-native technologies, enterprise infrastructure, and software deployment. Experience in Application Security is a plus.
Responsibilities
● Own the product roadmap for the platform and infrastructure capabilities.
● Translate customer and business needs into product requirements and user stories.
● Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver product releases from planning through launch.
● Define requirements for cloud-native deployment, installation, upgrades, and platform lifecycle management.
● Engage with enterprise customers to understand deployment challenges, gather feedback, and drive product improvements.
● Support customer escalations by working with Engineering to analyze issues and define long-term solutions.
● Partner with Engineering and Technical Documentation teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product documentation and release content
● Track product adoption, define success metrics, and maintain product documentation.
Required Skills
● 6+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software, preferably with cloud-native, infrastructure, or platform products.
● Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Linux, CI/CD, and cloud-native application architecture.
● Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, APIs, databases, authentication, and system integration concepts.
● Experience managing technical products using Agile methodologies and writing clear product requirements (PRDs).
● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work effectively with enterprise customers and globally distributed engineering teams.
● Experience with Application Security, DevSecOps, or enterprise security products is a plus.
