Job Summary
Join our strategic finance team as an FP&A Lead and serve as a key business partner, driving informed decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your financial expertise to provide critical insights through robust planning, forecasting, and performance analysis, directly influencing our growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, collaborating with business leaders to develop financial plans that align with strategic objectives.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Deliver actionable insights to leadership by analyzing financial performance, including detailed variance analysis of revenue, costs, and key business drivers. Identify and model financial risks and opportunities.
- Management Reporting: Develop and present clear, concise management reports, dashboards, and KPIs that translate complex financial data into business narratives for senior management.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by enhancing and automating FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted financial advisor to business units, providing analytical support for strategic initiatives and communicating financial insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Qualifications
Education: MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or a related advanced degree is required.
Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, or Corporate Finance role.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Dynamics).

- Strong business acumen with proven ability to act as a strategic partner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
