Role Description The Technical Lead will be responsible for guiding the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. This full-time, on-site role based in Solapur involves leading a cross-functional engineering team, overseeing system architecture, reviewing code, and enforcing quality standards. The Technical Lead will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and project managers to refine requirements, plan technical roadmaps, and resolve complex technical issues. Day-to-day activities include mentoring team members, conducting technical reviews, coordinating deployment activities, and ensuring systems meet performance, security, and compliance expectations. The role also includes continuous improvement of engineering practices and active contribution to technical decision-making for key projects.
Qualifications
- Min 7-10 years of strong experience in software engineering and system architecture, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated leadership in guiding technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
- Hands-on expertise with full stack development practices and troubleshooting across the stack.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technologies such as ERP platforms, cybersecurity concepts, and digital solutions for regulated industries.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in performance optimization, reliability engineering, and adherence to security and compliance standards. Python, .NET technologies, cloud deployment, AI automation & Innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in BFSI, manufacturing, or other regulated sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Solapur and collaborating in a structured, process-oriented environment.
