Job Description
- Work with Product Managers to identify problems, understand user needs, and define product opportunities.
- Assist in creating PRDs, user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering teams during sprint planning, development, testing, and product launches.
- Use data, user behaviour, and business metrics to identify opportunities and support product decisions.
- Track product performance through key metrics, funnels, cohorts, and dashboards.
- Conduct user and competitor research to understand market and customer needs.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation to improve product performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of product initiatives.
- Identify process and product improvement opportunities and convert them into actionable solutions.
- Track outcomes after launches and use learnings to drive continuous product improvement. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a closely related role.
- Strong product sense and ability to understand customer problems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of SQL, funnels, cohorts, metrics, and experimentation.
- Experience working with Engineering teams in an Agile/Sprint environment.
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
