PedMedCare operates Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) centers in the U.S. — medical day care for medically complex children, staffed by pediatric nurses and therapists.
Behind the warm rooms is a serious build: EHR and clinical documentation, Medicaid billing, HIPAA-grade security, live safety monitoring, scheduling, and a family app — one clean platform, deployed across a growing network of centers.
We want a builder in India to own all of the technology responsibility.
💰 Salary: $160,000 USD/year
📍 Location: Remote (India)
🛠️ You bring: 5+ years in software/tech leadership · HIPAA or another regulated, high-stakes domain · EHR integrations (HL7/FHIR a plus) · a track record of shipping reliable systems.
