Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage daily online sales operations, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized across all e-commerce platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Panipat involves monitoring website performance, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience. The role includes coordinating with merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams to maintain inventory accuracy, handle product launches, order processing, and support digital campaigns. The Ecommerce Specialist will troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements. The role also requires staying updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with experience in managing online product catalogs, pricing, and promotions.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations for improving online performance.
- Experience in order processing and inventory management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to work on-site in Panipat, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in home furnishings, textiles, or retail e-commerce is an advantage.
