As these organizations continue their aggressive growth and expansion journey, we are seeking a highly capable, organized, and business-oriented Executive Assistant to support Dr. Deepika Krishna across strategic, operational, and leadership functions.
Role Overview
This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.
We are looking for a highly driven professional who can serve as the central pillar of the Founder’s Office, ensuring seamless execution of business priorities, leadership coordination, project management, communication, and operational follow-through.
The ideal candidate will work directly with Dr. Deepika Krishna and interact regularly with senior leadership teams, doctors, centre heads, external partners, consultants, agencies, and stakeholders across multiple healthcare businesses.
The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFounder Office Management
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, business meetings, and strategic commitments.
- Prioritize schedules to maximize productivity and business impact.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the Founder’s Office.
Business Coordination & Follow-Ups
- Track key projects, initiatives, and business priorities across all organizations.
- Coordinate with department heads, centre leaders, consultants, and vendors.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of leadership directives.
- Maintain accountability trackers and progress reports.
Strategic Project Management
- Support the Founder in managing business expansion projects and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence assignments.
- Assist in planning and execution of new centre launches and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, finance, HR, and clinical teams.
Meetings & Executive Communication
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and maintain action trackers.
- Draft professional emails, business correspondence, proposals, and presentations.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Develop dashboards, management summaries, and executive MIS reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Support data collection and analysis for leadership reviews.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, centre heads, partners, consultants, and external agencies.
- Represent the Founder’s Office professionally in all interactions.
- Manage confidential business information with discretion and integrity.
Event & Travel Management
- Coordinate conferences, leadership meetings, business events, media engagements, and speaking opportunities.
- Ensure flawless execution of Founder-related schedules and commitments.
Candidate ProfileQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
- 4–10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office Executive, Business Coordinator, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
- Experience supporting founders, entrepreneurs, CXOs, healthcare leaders, or senior executives is highly preferred.
