Looking for a Techno-Functional resource with strong expertise in LMS, reporting, and dashboards in Oracle Fusion HCM to support end-to-end implementation, reporting solutions, and data activities.
Work on end-to-end implementation of LMS (Oracle Learning Cloud) reporting solutions
OTBI reports
BI Publisher (BIP) reports
Work on HCM Extracts for data extraction and reporting
HDL / Data migration tools
LMS Functional Lead – Oracle Learning Cloud
• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Learning Cloud (LMS)
• Conduct requirement gathering and design workshops with HR and business teams
• Configure LMS components:
o Learning items (courses)
o Catalogs and assignments
o Workflows and approvals
• Manage course creation, content upload (SCORM, videos, etc.) and learning setup
• Drive CRP, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
• Provide solution design and functional guidance to stakeholders
