We are hiring for our client, a growing HealthTech company based in Bengaluru, and are looking for a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused professional to join their team.

🩺 About the Role
This role is at the heart of the patient experience. You’ll be responsible for coordinating a patient’s journey end-to-end — from the first interaction through consultations, diagnostics, hospital visits, and follow-ups.
What You'll Do
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end patient journey
- Accompany and guide patients through appointments, tests, and procedures
- Coordinate with doctors, labs, and hospitals to ensure smooth execution
- Keep patients informed, comfortable, and reassured throughout their care journey
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure requests are handled on time
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- Fluent and confident English communication, both spoken and written
- Working knowledge of basic medical terminology and processes
- A warm, empathetic, and patient-first approach
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with doctors, hospitals, labs, and patients
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to work from Bengaluru
- Willingness to travel locally as part of the role
