Job details:
- 3+ years in product management or product ownership, with at least 1–2 years in payments, fintech, or crypto/stablecoin products.
- › Working knowledge of cross-border payments infrastructure — on-ramp/off-ramp flows, payout networks, FX, and settlement mechanics.
- › Demonstrated ability to own a product end-to-end in an agile environment — from roadmap to backlog to shipped, production-grade features.
- › Experience writing detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can execute against with minimal ambiguity.
- › Familiarity with stablecoins (USDC, USDT), blockchain rails (Solana, Base, Ethereum, Tron), and DeFi concepts at a functional level.
- › Strong stakeholder management skills — ability to align cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, finance, and BD around a shared product direction.
- › Data-driven decision-making — comfortable with product analytics, defining measurable success criteria, and using data to drive prioritisation.
- › Ability to operate at multiple altitudes — from strategic roadmap decisions to granular backlog items and edge-case requirements.
