Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive Recharge Executive for a critical voice process. In this role, your primary focus will be outreach to existing customers who have successfully completed a 6-month free trial of our product. Your main objective is to guide them through the renewal process and successfully convert them into paid, long-term subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Retention & Recharges: Proactively connect with existing customers whose 6-month product trial is concluding to drive plan renewals and account recharges.
- Consultative Outreach: Engage with customers to understand their product experience, answer renewal-related queries, and effectively communicate the value of continuing with a paid subscription.
- Target-Driven Communication: Manage a consistent volume of daily outbound calls to remind customers of plan expiration and meet monthly conversion and renewal targets.
- Account Renewal Management: Maintain positive customer relationships while smoothly navigating the renewal and payment workflows.
- Multilingual Communication: Conduct clear, professional, and persuasive interactions based on the candidate's regional alignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: MANDATORY minimum of 6 months in dedicated Sales, Telesales, Retention, or Recharge processes.
- Education: Minimum 12th-grade completion (HSC or equivalent).
- Language Skills (Compulsory):
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Professional spoken fluency in at least one of the following regional languages is compulsory: Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, or Marathi.
- Joining: Immediate joiners will be given high priority.
