Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with experience preparing and reviewing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, modeling scenarios, and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in senior finance roles, ideally as a CFO or equivalent in a growth-oriented or technology-driven organization.
- Deep knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and best practices, including internal controls and risk management.
- Experience working in or with online platforms, job marketplaces, or technology-based businesses is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage distributed teams, and collaborate across functions.
