Job Overview
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with mandatory digital marketing agency experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
- Track performance using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare campaign reports and insights.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads.
- Digital marketing agency experience is mandatory.
- Experience handling lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
