Job Description
L3 Specialist Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security
We are looking for a highly skilled
L3 Specialist Engineer – Cloud Infrastructure & Network Security with strong hands-on experience in
Microsoft Azure, hybrid cloud infrastructure, network security, L3 troubleshooting, automation, and infrastructure architecture.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving complex production issues, designing and implementing secure cloud infrastructure, optimizing network and security environments, and providing technical leadership across cloud, network, security, and DevOps functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex cloud, network, infrastructure, and security incidents.
- Design, implement, administer, and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Configure and support enterprise security solutions including Palo Alto NGFW, Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and CyberArk/PAM.
- Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, routing, firewall, VPN, security, and cloud infrastructure issues.
- Develop and implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and related monitoring platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes for production environments.
- Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Review existing infrastructure and recommend improvements for performance, security, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, DevOps, and Architecture teams to resolve technical challenges and deliver infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, security enhancements, and technology implementations.

Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network engineering, network security, or a related technical domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in L3 troubleshooting and production infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW/Panorama, Zscaler ZIA/ZPA, and CyberArk/PAM.
- Strong experience with Terraform and/or Ansible for infrastructure automation.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or comparable monitoring and observability platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking, routing, security, connectivity, and cloud infrastructure architecture.
- Experience performing RCA, incident management, problem management, and infrastructure optimization.
