Technical Product Owner (Cloud & Clinical Platforms) – Short JD
Role: Technical Product Owner (TPO)
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business and technical requirements.
- Translate healthcare/clinical business needs into clear user stories and requirements.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams on cloud solutions, APIs, data models, and platform enhancements.
- Drive delivery focused on scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
- Promote AI-assisted development and delivery practices across teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Experience as a Technical Product Owner (TPO), TPM, or Technical Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of:
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- APIs and distributed systems
- Data flows and database technologies (RDBMS/NoSQL)
- Strong backlog management and Agile execution experience.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on architecture and technical decisions.
- Experience translating business requirements into structured user stories.
Preferred Skills
- Healthcare, clinical, or other regulated domain experience.
- Experience in cloud-native and data-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI tools and AI-assisted software delivery.
Ideal Profile
A Technical Product Owner with strong cloud and technical expertise, capable of bridging business requirements and engineering execution while driving AI-enabled product delivery in healthcare or clinical platforms.
