About the Role
At Buddie Talkies, we believe everyone deserves someone who listens without judgment and helps them move forward with clarity and confidence.
As a Life Coach, you will empower individuals to identify their goals, overcome personal challenges, build healthy habits, and unlock their full potential through structured coaching conversations. You will create a safe, confidential, and encouraging environment while recognizing when a client may need support from a licensed mental health professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions (online or in person).
• Help clients identify personal, career, and relationship goals.
• Guide clients in creating practical action plans and staying accountable.
• Encourage self-awareness, confidence, resilience, and personal growth.
• Practice active listening with empathy and without judgment.
• Maintain accurate coaching notes while protecting client confidentiality.
• Recognize situations that fall outside the scope of coaching and refer clients to appropriate licensed professionals when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Buddie Talkies team to enhance the user experience.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certification from a recognized coaching organization is preferred.
• Previous coaching, mentoring, leadership, HR, or counseling-related experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable using digital communication platforms.
• Passion for helping people grow and thrive.
