The role
Design and ship intuitive web and mobile experiences in Figma, end to end. Work with product, growth, and engineering to turn ideas into live, responsive sites without waiting for a dev sprint. Prototype fast, test with real users, iterate on what the data says. The output is shipped product, not Figma files no one builds.
You should have
- Strong UX fundamentals. User flows, IA, interaction design, all the things that make a product feel obvious.
- Sharp visual craft. Typography, layout, color, component logic. Figma to design, Framer to ship.
- Fluency in figma. You can take a brief on Monday and have it live by Friday. Animations, CMS, responsive, the whole stack.
- Comfort with AI-assisted workflows. Cursor, v0, Lovable, Claude, whatever ships faster this quarter. You treat AI as a teammate, not a toy.
- A growth mindset. You design for impact, not approval. A/B tests and data don't scare you; they sharpen you.
- A portfolio of shipped work, not concept reels. Bonus if it's growth or product-led.
- A design degree, or proof you didn't need one.
