Job Overview & Responsibilities
- Lead the group's digital transformation.
- Drive architecture and modernization of insurance and pension core systems.
- Oversee cybersecurity and member data protection.
- Implement data analytics solutions.
- Manage technology infrastructure and cloud computing.
- Lead system integration across the three business lines.
- Drive technological innovation and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation).
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years in technology leadership roles within insurance, finance, or financial services.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and system modernization.
- Experience in cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
- Experience in Data Analytics and risk analysis.
- Strong knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and modern infrastructure solutions.
