Job details:
Looking for a Technical Consultant to work with users, product teams, and engineering teams on AI-enabled enterprise products. The person should be able to understand product behaviour, analyse issues, work with code and data, document clearly, and explain solutions confidently to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be a good programmer, strong in documentation and presentation, and aware of how AI is being used in modern enterprise products.
Responsibilities:
Understand user requirements, investigate product issues, and troubleshoot application behaviour.
Reproduce, document, and validate issues using Python, SQL, APIs, logs, and data analysis.
Work with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and improve the product.
Support users in adopting AI-enabled features and workflows.
Create and maintain user documentation, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and release notes.
Conduct product demos, onboarding, and user training.
Share customer feedback, recurring issues, and improvement recommendations with internal teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Technical Consulting, Application Support, Product Support, QA, Customer Success Engineering, or a similar technical role.
Good programming skills in Python (or a similar language) and working knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with APIs, Postman, logs, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
Stay updated on AI, automation, APIs, SaaS, and enterprise technologies
Preferred
Experience with AI-enabled or SaaS products.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
Experience creating user documentation or training materials.
Exposure to QA, testing, or data analysis.
AI or programming certifications are a plus
