Required Skills
- 3+ years of Product Management experience within Banking, NBFC, FinTech, or Financial Services.
- Experience managing lending products, preferably Used Car Loans or Vehicle Finance.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Technology, Business, Operations, and Risk.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and process optimization.
- Ability to define business requirements and product specifications.
- Experience with product performance metrics and business analytics.
- Strong presentation and project management skills.
Good to Have
- Experience in Used Car Finance or Vehicle Finance products.
- MBA or Post Graduate degree.
- Certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Agile, or Six Sigma.
- Experience working with digital lending platforms.
- Knowledge of customer analytics and product pricing strategies.
- Exposure to CRM, LOS, LMS, or lending technology platforms.
