Palette Hire is hiring founding-team roles with a venture backed consumer fintech building an AI companion layer every home will eventually have. You'll work closely with a founders who have previously led brands like Stable Money, Toppr, Amazon and on the likes.
Role pays - Upto 25 Lacs + ESOPs
Looking for - A high-agency operator who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and enjoys building products and businesses from zero to one.
What you'll do -
- Work closely with the founders to drive high-impact initiatives across growth, product, marketing, and business operations.
- Launch, measure, and iterate on growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels.
- Own founder-led strategic projects from ideation to execution.
- Collaborate across functions to solve business problems and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Analyse customer behaviour and business metrics to identify insights and improve outcomes.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
What we require -
- 2–5 years of experience in Growth, Founder's Office, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or early-stage startups.
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
- Experience owning projects independently and driving execution.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and switching contexts quickly
