Role Description:
The AI Filmmaker / Gen AI Video Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Andheri West Mumbai. You will be responsible for integrating generative AI tools into the film and video production process.
Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing and directing short-form and long-form video content for brands or films, giving visual treatments, and using AI platforms to generate, refine, and enhance video sequences and imagery.
The role involves a must know on how to edit, tell a story and not burn AI Credits unnecessarily. Treat the Credits like your own, just because they are there, don't just keep clicking generate. A daily expected completed production time of mins is expected to be met, but of good quality cinema with edit.
I won't make unrealistic expectations. I have made enough films to know what is realistic, so don't worry. Organizational skills is extremely important, like having all folders and files properly titled and uploaded in Google Drive.
The individual will test and optimize AI-driven pipelines, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. If you are the person who says "Hojayega" and doesn't deliver, please don't apply. I'd rather you just tell me, "This will take some time" and finish it by that time you have promised.
The position requires hands-on involvement at each stage of production, from initial idea to final delivery. You will need your own laptop with editing software installed, whichever one you like to use. I'm only hiring two people for now, so yeah... If you're a senior senior expecting high salaries, I'm just a start up, don't apply.

Qualifications:
- Character & world consistency throughout is crucial
- Anyone can prompt and build using seedance, but you need to know how to also edit out a good clip even if I give you kling or veo or anything else. To make it look like a Seedance is what I'm looking for.
- I like seeing my vision come to life, that's why I got into this. I need you to feel the same way about making movies. If you get bored easily, please don't apply.
- I'm not looking for a prompt engineer, AI can write you a brilliant prompt. Even I don't write my own prompts. The key is telling AI what you want from the prompt and what's in your head. The scene must be in your head before building it. If you're creative enough to see the next scene visually in your mind before prompting, Apply for this job.
- I dont care which AI tools you use. I just want quality cinema. I want the audience to question whether its real or not.
- Attention to detail. Watch your clip multiple times, so you can keep focus on every end looking out for glitches in the background and corners of the screen, not just what's happening in the centre of the frame.
- If you have done Mythology work before, awesome, send me a Google Drive link of your work. If you haven't, just make an amazing short film of like 4-5 mins. Make the characters fly, land, talk in Hindi, super powers, repeat characters in atleast 2-3 scenes in different worlds so I can see consistency. most importantly, in atleast one of two scenes, keep the characters away from the lens so I can see if you can still hold character consistency even than or not. if you're an AI person, you know exactly what I mean by that.
- Understanding of cinematography — framing, lenses, camera movement, lighting, composition and continuity
- You must know how to edit. because as you build, I need to you to line up right there and than. We'll polish it later. So Experience with AI video editing and post-production is a must.
- We edit in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
- Good understanding of film grammar, storytelling and pacing
- Most importantly: a filmmaker's mindset — not just someone who knows how to operate AI tools. its having a vision.
