Full Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused)
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer (L3) for PR&D Technology & Operations. This is a full-stack role with a stronger lean toward backend development — building and operating production-grade APIs and data services, with hands-on contribution across the front end as well
Frontend Development
React, Vue.js or Next.js — deep proficiency in at least one.
JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
HTML5 & CSS3 — responsive and accessible UI design.
REST and GraphQL API integration.
State management — Redux, Pinia, Zustand or equivalent.
Backend Development
Python (advanced level).
FastAPI or Flask — API design and production deployment.
Authentication & authorization — JWT, OAuth 2.0.
RESTful API design principles and versioning strategies.
Asynchronous programming and task queues.
Database & Data Management
AWS RDS.
PostgreSQL or MySQL — advanced querying and indexing.
ORM usage — SQLAlchemy, Prisma or Django ORM.
Database schema design, normalization and migration.
Query optimization, EXPLAIN plans and connection pooling.
MongoDB or Redis — working knowledge.
