Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and execute the organization's technology strategy, aligning innovation with business growth. The CTO will lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, modernize digital platforms, strengthen cybersecurity, leverage AI and data analytics, and build scalable technology solutions that enhance guest experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's long-term technology and digital transformation roadmap.
Lead all technology functions, including IT Infrastructure, Applications, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, AI, Cloud, and Digital Innovation.
Drive digital initiatives across restaurants, corporate offices, central kitchens, and cloud kitchens.
Enhance guest engagement through digital ordering, CRM, loyalty programs, mobile applications, and personalized experiences.
Implement AI-driven solutions to improve recruitment, workforce planning, customer insights, inventory optimization, and business analytics.
Strengthen enterprise cybersecurity, data governance, compliance, and disaster recovery frameworks.
Oversee ERP, POS, Finance, HRMS, Procurement, Inventory, and Business Intelligence platforms.
Drive the transformation of Speciality Restaurants into a technology-first enterprise by implementing AI, automation, workflow digitization, and integrated technology solutions across Operations, Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, ERP, CRM, Inventory, and all corporate functions, with a strong focus on reducing manual processes, optimizing manpower hours, increasing productivity, and improving overall business efficiency.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, eliminate process inefficiencies, and leverage intelligent technologies to deliver measurable improvements in operational excellence, cost optimization, employee productivity, and guest experience
Evaluate, upgrade, and optimize ERP and POS systems, ensuring seamless integration, compatibility, and scalability across the organization.
Build high-performing technology teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Business Heads to align technology investments with strategic priorities.
Manage technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and enterprise technology governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
10-15years of progressive technology leadership experience, with significant experience in enterprise digital transformation.
Proven experience as CTO, Head of Technology, VP Technology, or similar leadership role.
Experience in Hospitality, Retail, QSR, Consumer, E-commerce, or other multi-location businesses will be preferred.
Strong understanding of Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, Data Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, ERP, POS, CRM, Mobile Platforms, and Digital Commerce.
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale technology transformation projects.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technology into measurable business outcomes.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
