Zing Premedia is hiring an accountant to manage day-to-day finance for a project- and client-based print/packaging business.
What you'll do:
Bookkeeping (AP/AR, general ledger) and bank reconciliation
Client invoicing for retouching/color/print projects, incl. project & retainer billing
Vendor payments; GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
Payroll (PF, ESI, PT), project cost tracking, and profitability analysis
Audit coordination; export invoicing and forex/FEMA compliance for international clients
You should have:
B.Com with 2–5 years' experience (services/printing/creative preferred)
Strong GST/TDS knowledge
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), plus Word/Docs and PowerPoint/Slides
Familiarity with payroll software
