Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Public Relations Executive role based in Mumbai. The Public Relations Executive will manage day-to-day media outreach, including drafting and distributing press releases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers. Responsibilities include developing PR plans for campaigns and events, monitoring media coverage, preparing reports, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather information, support crisis communication efforts, and assist with content creation for announcements, statements, and promotional activities. The Public Relations Executive will also support the planning and execution of press conferences, red-carpet events, and other media-facing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience in engaging journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Ability to draft, edit, and manage Press Releases and official statements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Knowledge of PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and basic social media communication practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced entertainment environment in Mumbai, with flexibility for events and launches.
- Prior experience in entertainment, media, or advertising sectors is an advantage.
