Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Portable & Modular House Architect/Designer for designing portable homes, modular kitchens, smart interiors, and compact living solutions.
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect at our Gurugram office. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing architectural projects, from conceptualization to execution. Key tasks include creating architectural designs, ensuring integration with technical software, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing project schedules, and aligning design solutions to client requirements and objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, including the ability to conceptualize and present creative and functional designs
- Proficiency in relevant Software Development and Integration tools to support design processes
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination across teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills
- Commitment to staying updated with industry trends and architectural innovations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional licensure in architecture and familiarity with local building codes are a plus
