Position: Senior Program Manager
Location: Location: New Delhi / Gurugram (Must be commutable to Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi or Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram)

Salary: ₹10 – ₹15 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale labour rights and worker wellbeing programmes. The individual will manage client relationships, supervise project teams, lead assessments, oversee research assignments, develop business opportunities, and provide strategic leadership for programme implementation.
This role requires an experienced professional capable of independently managing national-level assignments and representing InHub before clients, brands, investors, and development agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-state labour and social assessments.
- Client coordination
- Design and implement worker wellbeing programmes.
- Develop and strengthen grievance redress mechanisms.
- Lead gender equality and worker empowerment initiatives.
- Manage key client relationships.
- Lead proposal development and business development initiatives.
- Supervise project teams and consultants.
- Design training curricula and facilitate advanced training programmes.
- Oversee research studies and publications.
- Ensure quality assurance of assessment reports.
- Support strategic partnerships with brands, investors, and development agencies.
- Monitor programme budgets and timelines.
- Lead corrective action planning and remediation programmes.

- Certifications in SA8000, ESG, ISO, Human Rights, Labour Compliance, Gender, or related fields are highly desirable.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in:
- Labour and social assessments
