Field Operations & Onboarding Executive (Pet Grooming)
📍 Location: Delhi NCR (Field-Based)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
At Woofly, we're building India's largest doorstep pet grooming network. We're looking for energetic, responsible, and people-oriented individuals to join our operations team.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new pet groomers onto the Woofly platform
- Visit grooming partners in the field and assist with onboarding
- Conduct basic training on Woofly's service standards and processes
- Ensure grooming equipment and grooming quality meet company standards
- Build strong relationships with grooming partners
- Resolve operational issues and provide on-ground support
- Coordinate with the central operations team to ensure smooth daily operations
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable travelling within Gurugram and nearby areas
- Self-driven, organised, and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Freshers with the right attitude are welcome; prior operations or field experience is a plus
- Passion for pets is an added advantage
